In addition, industrialization took place due to migration of large races from England to the USA, which marked an influx of labor forces to work on the different sectors in USA. This was so coupled with rural-urban migration of the American population leading to creation of urban settlements that were well planned (Hirschman & Mogford, 2009). Consequently, the skilled and semi-skilled population took to commerce and other urban economic activities, which further saw industrialization take root in the USA. Advancements in transport and technology also saw industrialization take place due to the efficiency to move bulky goods within a shorter period in the case of transport. In regard to technology, mecha nization of genuine aspects of production saw industrialization take place due to the ease of manufacturing and processing of certain goods. Altogether, technology and trade were the most significant factors responsible for the industrialization of the USA during the 19th century because trade brought demand and technology eased production.
